1.Start eating breakfast. Some teens think skipping breakfast is a quick way to shed pounds. However, eating breakfast will jump start your metabolism and prevent overeating during the day. Chose a meal that has protein for staying power, such as an egg white omelette with mozzarella cheese, fruit and milk. High-fiber foods, such as whole wheat toast or whole wheat cereal are also good options.

2 Watching your drinks Too many sodas, juices and sports drinks can really add up. Replace them with water. You should have at least 8 glasses of water a day! Water rinses out unwanted toxins from your body and keeps your brain sharp. It keeps you hydrated.

3.Filling up on fruits and veggies Most fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and nutrients while low in calories. That means you’ll fill up faster and eat less. Try having fruit as snacks or before meals to cut calories without feeling hungry.

4.Avoid fast food There’s nothing wrong with having an occasional burger and fries, but avoid having those types of foods every day. Make them a treat that you only have every now and then.

5.Avoiding mindless snacking If you get hungry in the afternoon, keep your snacks healthy by avoiding candy, cookies, and other tempting sweets. Also, pay attention to other reasons you may eat, like being bored, tired, or feeling blue. Emotional eating only makes things worse and doesn’t make your problems go away.

7.exercise every day
Get at least 1 hour of exercise every day, even if it is just taking a long walk. Chose activities that you enjoy. An easy way to lose weight quickly and meet the daily physical activity requirement is by joining an after school athletic team. Basketball, tennis, track and other organized activities will assist in burning calories and losing weight quickly.

Enlist your friends to join you on your journey to weight loss. If you’re embarrassed about asking them to help you out, just ask if they want to go to the gym with you.

And don’t spend your days sitting on the couch watching TV! Fast weight loss will only be achieved with diet and exercise.

WHAT IS BELLY FAT:
Belly fat is a more significant issue than the aesthetics of squeezing into last year’s skinny jeans – it’s an indicator of your overall health. There are two types of fat that sit around our midriffs. One is the subcutaneous fat – the fat under your skin that is distributed all over your body. It’s what is referred to when asked if you can pinch more than an inch. The other type is visceral fat, which surrounds all our vital organs such as the liver, pancreas and intestines.

Visceral fat is said to be more “metabolically active” than subcutaneous fat, and researchers have found that the stress hormone cortisol significantly increases its storage. It has been strongly linked to both insulin resistance, inflammation and metabolic disease, even in those who have a normal BMI. But although it is considered more dangerous to our health, the good news is that it is easier to shift than subcutaneous fat.

CALORIE CALCULATOR:
Use this calorie calculator to find out how many calories you need to consume to maintain your weight. Then reduce that figure by 500 calories as explained in the diet portion size guide to start losing weight and belly fat quite quickly.

DIET PORTION SIZE:
To help participants reduce the amount they were eating, they were encouraged to measure portions based on the size of their hands.

They aimed for a daily intake of,
• Three fist-sized servings of carbohydrates
• Two palm-sized servings of lean protein
• Two cupped handfuls of vegetables or salad
• Two fist-sized servings of fruit
• Two servings of fat or oil covering the tip of the thumb

In addition they could have 200ml/⅓ pint skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, or two 125g pots of natural or low-calorie yoghurt.

RESULTS:
After six weeks, the results were revealing.

As explained in the video there was another group in the experiment – the sit-up group. They each did a daily 10-minute abdominal workout over the six-week period.

This group didn’t lose any weight or get any healthier, but they did lose an impressive average of 2cm from their waistlines.

But the clear winner was our group the diet-control group. This group lost an average of 3.7kg each over just six weeks. Their average waistline reduced by 5cm. Dexa scan readings showed an average of 10 per cent of their existing body fat being lost, and an impressive 20 per cent reduction in the visceral fat inside the abdomen. This group lost overall body fat as well as abdominal fat, and saw improvements in their other general health parameters too. Including resting heart rate, blood glucose, blood lipids, weight and blood pressure.

The Military Diet is a super effective short-term food plan that claims to help you lose up to ten pounds in a week. What’s even better, you don’t have to workout and get to eat hotdogs and ice cream.
One of the coolest things about this diet is that it lasts only 3 days. You can achieve impressive results only if you follow the eating plan to a T.
This diet is surprisingly really easy to follow and doesn’t demand much on your part. You don’t need to constantly count calories, spend hours at the gym, or buy a long list of really expensive supplements. The Military Diet calls for ingredients you can easily find at your nearest grocery store.
And how exactly does it work? No miracles, just pure metabolism kick-starting. By decreasing your calorie intake over a short period, your body will burn more fat and, as a result, you’ll lose weight effortlessly. It’s definitely not your typical starvation diet. While it is low in calories, it provides you with the energy you need to have a productive day since it includes healthy fats, carbohydrates, and protein.

SUMMARY
-By decreasing your calorie intake over a short period, your body will burn more fat and, as a result, you’ll lose weight effortlessly.
-Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea, a toast with peanut butter and half a grapefruit. Have a cup of hot coffee or tea with a slice of toast and half a cup of tuna for lunch. For dinner you should have about 85 grams of any meat, one cup of green beans, half a banana, and one small apple. You can also treat yourself with one cup of vanilla ice cream.
-Your breakfast on the second day of the diet will consist of one slice of toast, one hard-boiled egg, and half a banana. When it’s time for lunch, eat one more hard-boiled egg, five saltine crackers, and one cup of cottage cheese. Your final meal for the day should include two hotdogs, a cup of carrots, a cup of broccoli, and half a banana. You are allowed to have 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream again.
-The third and final day of your strict diet plan starts with five saltine crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, and one small apple. Your lunch will consist of just a slice of wholegrain toast and one egg. Take a cup of tuna and half a banana with a whole cup of vanilla ice cream for dinner.
-Make it a habit to start your day with a glass of water. Find yourself a diet buddy so that you can control and motivate each other. Remember it’s always a good idea to consult your doctor before trying any new diet.

So when I read that lemon water can make it happen, I didn’t really hold out too much hope! However, this little experiment quickly turned into something that changed my appearance completely…

According to The World’s Healthiest Foods, just a quarter cup of lemon juice contains 31% of our recommended vitamin C daily intake with an additional 3% of folate (which is good for your heart) and 2% of potassium (which balances your blood pressure). This hot combo was quickly named one of the best homemade drinks for detoxifying the body.

SUMMARY:

– The first thing I noticed was that my digestive system started to wake up instantly, even before I finished my drink!
– Another thing that surprised me was how much my mood changed after drinking lemon water. I used to be a hardcore night owl who couldn’t stand mornings. But after 30 days of the experiment, everything changed!
– After the second week of regular lemon water consumption, my skin significantly improved. It’s not like it was terrible before, but I still had blackheads, post-acne spots, and occasional pimples.
– Since the moment I made it part of my daily routine, I’ve felt sick only once — and it quickly went away! Another nice effect of lemon water is fresh breath! Nothing much, but it’s still very pleasant.
– The biggest achievement of my experiment was something I was looking forward to all along: weight loss! After just 3 weeks of drinking lemon water, I lost nearly 20 lb!
– Always drink lemon water through a straw, and don’t forget to rinse your mouth afterward. If you have any teeth problems, it’s better to visit your dentist before proceeding with this experiment.
– Cucumbers are loaded with potassium, which lowers blood pressure, reduces puffiness (which, let’s be real, we all need in the morning), and boosts metabolism.
– Another one of my personal favorites is warm lemon water with honey. If you wanna try it, boil one cup of water, and add the juice of one medium lemon and 2 tsp of honey.
– Pairing lemon with mint is also a good idea. It’s the best option for giving your energy and mood a double boost!
– If your main goal is to lose weight, choose lemon ginger water. Both lemons and ginger can significantly improve your metabolism.

How I Lost Over 100lbs in 15 Weeks | My Final Weight Loss Results!! Since posting the before and after photos from my 15-week Sexification 2021 that spanned from Monday, August 9th to Sunday, November 21st, many people have commented or messaged me, asking how I lost all the weight so fast. The simplest answer is just one word: consistency. In this video, I show off more before and after weight loss body transformation results, and discuss the 4 main crucial points that helped me consistently lose all the weight in just 15 focused weeks. Fitness is recommended, and nutrition is required!! I heavily prioritized my nutrition goals and all my exercise & physical activity goals as well, each and every day. I made sure to fuel not only my body, but also my mind, with healthy “strike” and “spare” energy sources that were positive and good for me, rather than negative and energy draining. I was able to thanks to help from my girlfriend and teammate @Katina Eats Kilos, plus all of you!! The entire 15-week period was centered around me losing weight, and that is why I was so successful.
